You will lead the technical design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement through technical discussions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and performant to meet defined business goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.
• Solid backend experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and system design principles.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile practices.
