You will lead technical design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Mentor engineers on coding best practices, code quality, and career development.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting code reviews and facilitating technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js.
• Solid backend experience using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL design.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
