Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based AI applications while overseeing the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Python-based solutions and AI-powered applications.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models to enhance product capabilities.
• Contribute to backend Python and frontend Angular development for seamless integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python development and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Proficiency in Angular and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with backend development principles, APIs, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies.
• Proven track record of leading teams or mentoring developers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
