Description

You will lead frontend technical execution and architecture decisions for Guidewire Jutro implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define Jutro component architecture, theming, and extensibility strategy.
• Establish standards for state management, Guidewire security, and performance integration.
• Develop and deliver user stories, ensuring accessibility and responsive flows.
• Drive localization content models and design system governance.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, managing scope risks and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in frontend development.
• 3+ years with Jutro design systems or component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST, JWT, and API consumption.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend unit testing and release processes.
• Experience with performance profiling and cross-browser testing.
• Exposure to the Insurance domain (Agent end user quote, bind, endorsement).
