You will lead technical initiatives and drive solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze data to support and validate technical solutions.
• Track development progress and manage project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Deep knowledge of CRM processes from complex implementations.
• Experience with Dataverse and at least two CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with Azure Development, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing CRM processes.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Azure automated deployments.
