Description

You will lead technical integration and development for collections modernization, overseeing migration from Access to SQL Server and cloud-ready architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore development teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee migration of Access databases to SQL Server and cloud architecture.
• Upgrade the Campaign Generation tool, moving Angular frontend to Java/.NET.
• Validate data accuracy and functionality through hands-on SQL testing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong technical background in SQL and data-intensive applications.
• Experience with Angular, Java, .NET APIs, and Cloud architectures.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to lead offshore teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and campaign management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in complex regulatory environments.
• Morning availability for offshore coordination (7 AM – 11 AM CST).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in collections or financial services.
• Knowledge of IVR systems and voice campaign technologies.
