Description

You will lead the development team while owning the technical execution and delivery of applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage team tasks, including sprint planning, work tracking, and backlog review.
• Oversee development quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications across their full lifecycle.
• Deploy solutions to various environments, ensuring reliable releases and troubleshooting incidents.
• Analyze complex user stories and business requirements, and create end-user documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading development teams with people management responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise applications using .NET.
• Hands-on experience building front-end applications with Angular.
• Ability to manage sprint planning, backlog reviews, and track team commitments.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices, including Git and coding standards.
• Experience deploying applications across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for performance bottlenecks and application incidents.
• Capability to analyze complex business requirements and develop reports in Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Python.
