Description

You will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions through the full SDLC. You own the end-to-end delivery process, including estimation, code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to implement solutions and provide technical support while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution design owners, operations, and partner teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
• Design and develop applications using Core Java and established design patterns.
• Manage the full SDLC, from estimation to deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software design and development.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Java, Collections, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of databases including MySQL or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within SDLC methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom industry experience.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS or Angular.
• Knowledge of Camel, Data structures, Redis, or RMQ.
