Description

You will lead development for contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of contact center solutions using Amazon Connect & Lex
• Design and implement chatbots, voice bots, and AI-driven self-service solutions
• Work on Generative AI integrations (Agent Assist, Next Best Action)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure security & compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java or Golang
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational AI
• Knowledge of automation and scripting
• Experience in AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
• Understanding of cloud architecture and integrations
