Lead development for contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and Lex.
• Design and implement chatbots, voice bots, and AI-driven self-service solutions.
• Work on Generative AI integrations including Agent Assist and Next Best Action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance with HIPAA and GDPR standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational AI.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting.
• Experience in AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and integrations.
• 3 years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in building scalable contact center architectures.
