Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Build scalable services using AWS ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and SNS/SQS event-driven messaging.
• Write and execute unit tests with JUnit 5 and Mockito 5 to ensure code reliability.
• Manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Docker for packaging and deployment.
• Implement secure development practices using SSDLC frameworks and tools like SonarQube or Veracode.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using CDK or CloudFormation.
• Strong backend development skills for REST APIs and Pub/Sub messaging systems.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytic tools such as ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of secure software development life cycle (SSDLC) and code scanning tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous integration.
