Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications leveraging Kafka for real-time data streaming.

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, manage technical risks, and ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud and distributed environments.

Support deployment, integration, and continuous improvement using modern tools, frameworks, and observability practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Kafka and distributed systems.

Proficiency in advanced Java concepts, Spring Boot, Kafka (or similar messaging systems), and experience with Drools rule engine.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and strong leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving architecture decisions
