Description

You will lead technical direction for backend microservices and support web and mobile application delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design backend service architectures and system designs for microservices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of builds, deployments, and service updates, including server restarts.
• Oversee logs, monitoring tools, and technical documentation.
• Lead and manage engineering teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Drive technical requirements and provide solutions for frontend and backend experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Java core and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience managing critical web and mobile application deliveries.
• Hands-on experience with build generation and deployment processes.
• Experience with database management and backend system design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical leadership.
• Experience with monitoring tools and log management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with onsite/offshore team coordination.
