Description

Lead technical direction for the Java ecosystem and serve as the primary escalation point for complex system issues.

You will design and implement technical solutions to improve system operability and reduce incident recovery times. Own root cause analysis and problem management to resolve identified risks and technical issues. Develop detailed implementation plans for complex workflows, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards. Produce and maintain technical documentation in accordance with established control procedures. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience developing within microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, contract, and load tests.
• Hands-on experience with application observability, performance analysis, and log visualization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with code security tools like Veracode or Snyk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional workflows.
