Description

You will own the delivery of complex engineering projects, balancing scope, speed, and quality. You design systems, mitigate architectural risks, and ensure technical accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects and track NFR metrics.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, including downtime and security vulnerabilities.
• Own system design, participate in design reviews, and negotiate trade-offs with Product Owners.
• Mentor engineers, support career development, and participate in hiring and headcount planning.
• Create execution plans, monitor team pace, and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive experience in Java and frontend development (JavaScript, Angular).
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Hibernate for backend services.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical DevOps experience using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Experience delivering complex projects in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
