Description

You will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and mitigate project risks.
  • Coach team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and participate in high-level technical decision-making.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role managing software engineers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Scrum Master.
