Description

You will lead technical delivery and guide engineering efforts for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex project delivery, tracking, and reporting on all deliveries and NFR metrics.
• Identify and mitigate technical and architectural risks, including system downtime and data security.
• Account for system designs within the team and participate in design reviews.
• Negotiate scope, speed, and quality trade-offs with the Product Owner.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II, assisting with development and career progression.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, specifically in Java.
• Proficiency with Java and frameworks including Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, and Typescript.
• Strong background in RESTful APIs and web services development.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
