You will drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution for new product development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical architecture and hands-on development of prototypes and MVPs.
  • Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Architect and deploy applications on cloud-native platforms.
  • Mentor junior engineers while balancing rapid execution with maintainable system designs.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years as an architect or lead engineer.
  • Proven experience in Java backend development and microservices.
  • Experience designing cloud-native architectures (APIs, serverless, containerized).
  • Familiarity with ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions.
  • Ability to leverage AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Strong system design, documentation, and diagramming skills.
  • Exposure to other languages like Python, Node.js, or Go.
  • Prior experience in 0to1 product development.
