Description

You will lead a development team and own the full product lifecycle from concept to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
• Design solutions for complex business problems and implement server-side logic.
• Create design documents and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in modern Java-based development and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring 5, and WebFlux for reactive programming.
• Strong expertise in microservices design patterns and inter-service communication.
• Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Proven experience with cloud-based projects using AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with cloud-native technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems like Kafka, Avro, Schema Registry, AWS SQS, and SNS.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, and VSTS.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, and CloudWatch.

Preferred Skills

• VTEX certification.
• Experience with eCommerce projects and CommerceTools.
