Description

Lead a production support team managing a portfolio of applications in Littleton, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 operations and support functions.
• Manage incident lifecycles, including triaging, handling Sev 1 calls, and driving issues to resolution.
• Document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for all major incidents.
• Oversee on-call schedules and incident assignments for the team.
• Provide daily executive status reporting on active incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading production support teams.
• Hands-on experience with incident management and triage.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with AWS.
• Ability to use scripting languages for automation or support tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, AWS, and SQL.
