Lead technical project execution, team development, and production support operations in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members on technical implementation and review technical documents.
• Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
• Manage the customer interface as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Track incidents, allocate resources, and ensure tickets are closed within deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8 to 9 years of technical leadership experience.
• CISSP certification.
• Identity and Access Management expertise.
• Experience managing SLA, KPI, and OLA requirements.
• Ability to manage production support via RACI matrix.
• Strong technical documentation and specification writing skills.
• Ability to monitor analyst adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project invoicing and timesheet management processes.
