Description

You will lead the maintenance, support, and architectural evolution of automation applications across multiple technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural improvements, establish code quality standards, and promote engineering best practices.
• Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, and backlog grooming for cross-functional development teams.
• Provide technical leadership for application enhancements, production issue resolution, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical problem-solving, and adoption of engineering best practices.
• Strengthen monitoring and alerting capabilities for critical automation processes to reduce failures and minimize manual interventions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in REST API design and development using REST/Jersey frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience building and managing public and private cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation Templates (CFT) and stack sets.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git, SVN, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Strong experience with SQL, unit testing (JUnit), and automation testing (Cucumber).
• Ability to write complex parallel streams and filters in Java for efficient data processing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular.
• Proven track record of managing a 3-year tenure in similar technical leadership roles.
