Description

Lead the development of core infrastructure services and microservices supporting machine learning, frontend, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure for distributed configuration management, rate limiting, feature flags, A/B testing, and traffic capture and replay.
• Improve the performance, scalability, and observability of cloud infrastructure.
• Own features end-to-end and influence the infrastructure roadmap.
• Deliver deadline-sensitive work that is interdependent with other engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
• Experience with containers and Docker.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven track record solving for performance, optimization, scalability, latency, and monitoring.
• BS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
