Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, owning architecture, development, and team guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review scalable Power Apps solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on best practices.
• Translate business needs into secure, maintainable, and high-performance application architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards for quality and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation, process improvement, and timely project execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and business application delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps.
• Proven experience in solution design and application architecture for enterprise-level apps.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of application scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation, workflow solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with business process automation and low-code development strategies.
