Description

Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mobile and web applications in the banking and finance domain. Own the full release lifecycle, including code reviews, builds, and deployments to the Google Play and Apple App Stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team through development, enhancement, and maintenance cycles.
• Manage code reviews, builds, deployments, and release activities.
• Publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with product owners, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to coordinate project releases.
• Drive application design, focusing on UI and database architecture.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of total professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• 5-10 years of mobile application development experience.
• 2-3 years of web development experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking or Finance domain.
• Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Native React.
• Knowledge of SQL Lite and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
