Description

Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mobile and web applications in the banking and finance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team through development, enhancement, and maintenance cycles.
• Own the full release lifecycle, including code reviews, builds, and deployments to the Google Play and Apple App Stores.
• Drive application design, focusing on UI and database architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to coordinate project releases.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of total professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• 5-10 years of mobile application development experience.
• 2-3 years of web development experience.
• Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Native React.
• Knowledge of SQL Lite and SQL Server.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking or Finance domain.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
