Description

Lead technical direction for building scalable .NET solutions while remaining hands-on with code and architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions using .NET Core and REST APIs.
• Drive daily technical execution and maintain ownership of the codebase.
• Enforce code quality, architecture standards, peer reviews, and clean-code practices.
• Own the release pipeline, ensuring production readiness and meeting timelines.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure stability post-release.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of Azure services: App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and App Insights.
• Experience implementing JWT/OAuth and working with Elasticsearch.
• Strong command of Git for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical direction and mentoring teams.
• Background in high-scale distributed systems.
