Description

Lead development efforts for enterprise-grade .NET and Python applications, owning technical decisions and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams to deliver complex solutions using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive technical decisions for API development across the full stack.
• Implement feature flagging systems using platforms like LaunchDarkly.
• Solve complex technical problems and guide architectural direction.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in application development with strong leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in .NET (C#) and Python.
• Experience with modern web frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong understanding of API development and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integrating AI into applications.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
