Description

Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution design, implementation, and technical delivery for marketing automation use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own integration patterns between Marketing Cloud and upstream/downstream systems to support audience creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Drive best practices for data handling, campaign performance, and reliable execution across journeys and channels.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and developers, including code/release guidance, troubleshooting, and delivery planning.
• Support operational readiness including monitoring, issue triage, and continuous improvement of Marketing Cloud implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce/CRM marketing technology delivery.
• Experience leading CRM marketing automation implementations and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of data flows for segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and end-to-end testing for Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
