Description

Lead a product team as a full-stack engineer, designing and maintaining end-to-end web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and vision in collaboration with product owners and QA leads.
• Design, develop, and maintain code within an iterative, agile environment.
• Own team output and mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Lead 1:1s and facilitate performance development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on web applications.
• Proficiency in developing backend APIs using .NET Core Web API.
• Proficiency in building single-page applications using React.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Experience providing technical feedback via code reviews.
• Strong proficiency with Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservice architectures, Azure, or AWS.
• Familiarity with SOLID design principles, design patterns, and automated testing.
• Direct management experience of 3 to 5 engineers.
