Description

You will lead the architecture and development of an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of the AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.
• Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
• Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).
• Build real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.
• Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years in software development, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven SaaS architecture experience on AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid database expertise in PostgreSQL, with experience in MongoDB or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration, such as LLM APIs or NLP pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
