Description

You will lead a team of developers and administrators to design and deploy scalable client solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Design scalable client solutions and oversee development of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure adherence to security best practices and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
• Expertise with APIs, including REST and SOAP integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Any Graduate degree.
