Lead technical implementations and rollouts for RPA projects, ensuring delivery within agreed OLA and SLA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through project implementation, rollout, and delivery of customer requirements.
• Design solutions based on project analysis and define project scope, content, and goals.
• Develop use-case packages using coding standards, exception handling, and unit testing.
• Create knowledge base documentation and manage project and stakeholder documentation.
• Conduct workshops, schedule meetings, and plan customer enablement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Power Automate.
• Experience managing OLA and SLA requirements.
• Strong background in RPA project implementation.
• Ability to define project scope and technical goals.
• Proficiency in unit test case preparation and execution.
• Experience in exception and error handling implementation.
• Any Graduate degree.
