Description

You will lead technical delivery and project outcomes by coordinating between clients and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery by managing requirements from multiple teams and coordinating with offshore developers.
• Execute device and prototype testing using automation and DevOps workflows.
• Maintain a hands-on technical presence for 70-80% of the role.
• Drive system verification and automation processes using Python.
• Manage cross-functional technical requirements across firmware and hardware domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with Android and AOSP development.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Background in device testing and automation.
• Experience with low-level hardware, RTOS, or communication protocols like I2C and SPI.
• Mandatory Electrical Engineering degree; Computer Science degrees considered only with device engineering experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with camera, sensor, LED, or display testing and calibration.
• Direct experience with Firmware or BSP development.
