• Lead the development of backend applications and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Python. 

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. 

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools across development, testing, debugging, and code optimization.

 • Ensure adherence to coding standards, engineering best practices, application security, and performance requirements.

 • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver project objectives.

 • Support deployment automation, CI/CD implementation, and production issue resolution. Duties and Responsibilities

 • Own technical design decisions and guide the team on implementation approaches

. • Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency, maintainability, and quality across deliverables

.• Mentor developers, resolve technical blockers, and support knowledge sharing within the team. 

• Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and production readiness

. • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and communicate technical progress. 

• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans to minimize delivery issues.

 • Promote engineering automation and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.

 • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, performance, and reliability.
