Description

You will lead technical support and system administration for the EtQ Reliance tool.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support to users via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with software vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Manage system administration tasks including website content updates and system data changes.
• Configure EtQ Reliance workflows and execute test cases to validate configurations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with system troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Experience using SharePoint.
