Description

Lead technical direction and hands-on development for enterprise-scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute technical roadmaps for projects.
• Design architecture for new functionalities and customer-facing features.
• Write hands-on code and develop prototypes for specific concepts.
• Implement coding standards to meet latency, throughput, scaling, and availability requirements.
• Manage build activities and oversee daily QA, UAT, and production releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to design object-oriented, component-based applications in Windows and Web environments.
• Experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams.
• Experience participating in at least two full project life cycles.
• Ability to analyze system-wide requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing validated estimates for ongoing development, new enhancements, and RFPs.
• Experience analyzing existing code for defects and providing timely fixes for QA or production issues.
