Description

You will lead technical delivery and development for complex Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of 2-3 full-lifecycle Salesforce projects.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practice implementations.
• Mentor and coach junior developers on technical standards.
• Support architects during client discovery workshops to define scope and requirements.
• Manage technical delivery within an onshore-offshore model.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex coding, including triggers and classes.
• Proficiency with LWC framework and Lightning Aura framework.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, specifically Salesforce Flows.
• Strong knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (Inbound and Outbound).
• Salesforce Admin, Dev I, and Dev II certifications.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud certifications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Experience with Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Field Service.
• Middleware experience with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
