Lead technical design and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint technical designs for Salesforce applications, addressing functional, technical, and integration requirements.
• Lead developers through technical mentoring, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Own the detailed design process from inception through production support using UML and best-practice methodologies.
• Manage discoveries, requirement gathering, and scope definition for complex projects.
• Ensure system performance and accuracy by collaborating with development teams and monitoring testing implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years in a Salesforce Architecture role.
• Expertise in SFDC platform development including Apex classes, Apex Web services, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System.
• Proven experience with integration technologies including SOAP, REST, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Jitterbit.
• Proficiency in environment and release management using ANT, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, workflow alerts, actions, and approval workflows.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation and integration with diverse business systems.
• Ability to manage complex project deliveries and stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica or similar integration tools.
• Background in AppExchange deployment.
