Description

You will technically lead Salesforce projects while owning solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Define optimal design and solutions to meet client requirements within agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Drive team delivery excellence and mentor team members on project deliverables.
• Prepare functional designs, configure systems, and perform testing and deployment of solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and consulting.
• Hands-on experience with APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Aura Development, and LWC Development.
• Proficiency configuring Sales Cloud modules (Account Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Territory Management, CPQ).
• Experience implementing Experience Cloud functionalities (Community/Portal Configurations, Case Management).
• Configuration and customization experience in Service Cloud (Omnichannel, Entitlements & SLA Management).
• Familiarity with Industry Clouds such as HealthCloud, FinanceCloud, or ServiceMax.
• Experience with core features including Reports, Dashboards, and Order Capture.
