Description

You will lead the technical implementation, configuration, and coding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical requirements by collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop, test, and debug campaigns using Templates, Components, Content Fragments, and email templates.
• Lead migrations from AEM or other tools to Salesforce Cloud.
• Identify alternative solutions for personalization, component builds, Einstein, and system integrations.
• Design and develop templates using Content Builder and AMPscript.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud customization.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and working with Data extensions.
• Extensive experience with SFMC REST APIs, including Transactional Messaging, Content Builder, and Send Definition APIs.
• Strong background in server-side API development using Java and Open Source frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Business Units, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with headless implementations, APIs, and open-source frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of GitHub and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xcode.
• Background in Salesforce Architecture and design/architecture exposure.
