Description

Lead technical architecture and hands-on development using Python and .NET, integrating GenAI and Agentic AI tools to modernize applications and accelerate engineering productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and own end-to-end design decisions for scalable, secure, cloud-ready solutions.
• Drive application tech-stack conversion and standardization across Python and .NET platforms.
• Write high-quality code and leverage GenAI tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) for generation, refactoring, and testing.
• Design and guide Agentic AI workflows for automated code reviews, dependency analysis, and regression detection.
• Mentor developers on architecture, AI-assisted techniques, and enforce CI/CD, security, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and .NET application development.
• Experience leading or contributing to tech-stack modernization and standardization.
• Proficiency with GenAI developer tools and prompt engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks for engineering automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability.
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Database skills in SQL and NoSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
