Description

You will lead SAP ABAP development for HR requirements, driving enhancements, customizations, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP development for HR enhancements and customizations.
• Design and implement ABAP reports, interfaces, and forms for HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure ABAP solutions adhere to SAP best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Support incident resolution and change delivery for HR-related SAP objects.

Required Skills

• 9-11 years of SAP ABAP and SAP HR experience.
• Strong hands-on ABAP development experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HR (SAP HCM) configuration and development alignment.
• Experience with enterprise SAP integration for HR scenarios.
• Proven ability to build HR reporting and interfaces.
