Description

Key Skills: SAP HR, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP ABAP development for SAP HR requirements, including enhancements and customizations.
• Design and implement ABAP reports, interfaces, and forms supporting HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure ABAP solutions follow SAP best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Support incident resolution and change delivery for HR-related SAP objects.

Skills Required:

• 9 - 11 years of SAP ABAP and SAP HR experience
• SAP ABAP (including ABAP development experience)
• SAP HR (SAP HCM / HR configuration and development alignment)
• Enterprise SAP integration experience for HR-related scenarios
• Hands-on ABAP development for HR reporting and interfaces

Good to Have:

• SAP HANA

Education : Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
