Description

You will own the development and delivery of embedded software components for instrument control and data acquisition systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refactor embedded software in C/C++ adhering to strict coding standards and design principles.
• Design, integrate, and validate software modules for instrument control, data processing, and user interaction.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by implementing automated tests and improving system robustness.
• Perform unit, integration, and system-level debugging to resolve defects and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation.
• Lead technical execution for maintainable, compliant, and scalable software delivery in Agile/DevOps environments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Embedded C, Embedded C++, C, and C++.
• Experience with Linux and RTOS in real-time embedded systems.
• Proven track record in instrumentation or software domains involving hardware/software integration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to perform system-level debugging and understand communication interfaces.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for tooling or scripting.
• Background in UI frameworks for embedded systems.
