Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach high-performing technical teams.
• Define system abstractions and capabilities for current and future product requirements.
• Manage diverse stakeholders and drive project execution using agile methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-quality projects while removing technical impediments.
• Support team members through hiring, onboarding, and career growth mentorship.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership and people management roles.
• Proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering projects on time.
• Experience executing multiple end-to-end projects both individually and as a team lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system abstractions.
• Proficiency in driving execution through agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech or similar).
