You will lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability.
• Maintain existing codebases and lead peer code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and guide team technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java, C#, C++, or similar languages.
• 2+ years of experience managing SQL databases.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
