Description

You will lead storage infrastructure operations, focusing on architecture, performance tuning, and incident resolution in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 3 storage incidents and perform comprehensive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Design and implement storage solutions optimized for performance, availability, and scalability.
• Lead complex storage migrations, consolidations, and platform refreshes with minimal downtime.
• Automate storage provisioning and reporting using Python, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers on technical skills and problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in storage technologies and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in SAN/NAS architecture, storage virtualization, and replication technologies (SRDF, SnapMirror).
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Ansible for automation and scripting.
• Strong background in storage performance tuning, including IOPS, latency, and throughput optimization.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and disaster recovery solutions.
