Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design and development of next-generation test software solutions
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and test solution architectures on Windows platforms using NI TestStand
• Design scalable automated testing solutions for GUI and non-GUI applications
• Ensure robust test coverage, automation reliability, and reusable testing components
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to define testing strategies and requirements
• Drive test automation best practices, coding standards, and maintainable framework development
• Support integration, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated test solutions
• Review and optimize test execution performance and framework scalability
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on test software architecture and automation design
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in test engineering and software quality practices

Experience Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Test Software Development and Test Automation
• Strong hands-on expertise in NI TestStand and Windows-based test framework development
• Experience designing scalable automated test architectures and solutions
• Exposure to C# and .NET technologies is an added advantage
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, validation, and automation best practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and technical leadership skills
