Description

You will lead the design and development of next-generation test software solutions, owning the architecture and release pipeline for automated testing frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in designing and developing scalable test frameworks and solution architectures on Windows platforms using NI TestStand.
• Design and implement automated testing solutions for both GUI and non-GUI applications, ensuring robust test coverage and automation reliability.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to define testing strategies, requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive test automation best practices, coding standards, and maintainable framework development while mentoring team members.
• Support integration, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated test solutions, optimizing test execution performance.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Test Software Development and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in NI TestStand and Windows-based test framework development.
• Proven experience designing scalable automated test architectures and solutions.
• Practical experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, validation, and automation best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and technical leadership skills.
• B.E. / B.Tech degree in Engineering.
